Phenibut Pregabalin Cross Tolerance
When someone uses phenibut, it crosses the blood-brain barrier and has a calming. Phenibut is similar to certain kinds of drugs, such as gabapentin. Also relevant are individual tolerance for phenibut, the strength of the dose taken. So for example if you’re dependent on baclofen you can use gabapentin or pregabalin to remove withdrawal symptoms or vice versa. There is cross-tolerance between gabapentin and pregabalin but neither are cross-tolerant with baclofen. Of course this is all anecdotal but it makes sense from a pharmacological standpoint.
So I found some phenibut at my local vitamin/supplement store and was about to take it but then realized I also had some lyrica and gabapentin. I am prescribed 2400mg gabapentin a day but I only do it every 2 or 3 days because I've heard some people get really bad withdrawals coming off of it. Tried lyrica before a couple times but have never taken phenibut. Has anyone done this combo before? Is there cross tolerance between these substances? (they're all calcium channel blockers i believe) How much should I take to reach lunar orbit?
I was gonna take the phenibut and lyrica when I wake up and wash it down with soda. Then eat a fatty meal an hour or so later and take some gabapentin before/after then stagger doses every 30min. Also gonna take some naproxen/sodas to help potentiate it. If anyone has a better method let me know. This is what I came up with to get max effects from all 3 substances

I'm curious how much cross tolerance there is between lyrica and phenbit. I'm perscribed lyrica for fibromyalgia 150 two times a day. For me the 'buzz' is very helpful for my overall functioning. I have less pain, can think more clearly, am able to work on stuff longer and more efficiently.
Potentiate Lyrica
Tolerence is an issue so I skip a second dose for a few days in a row and then take both doses at the same time on a day I need or want to be productive. I never go over 300 mgs a day.
Phenibut is a very similar feeling but gives me a wonderful 'afterglow' that gets rid of my depression and anxiety. I try not to use it more than 2 times a week. My only issue is if I over do it with phenibut it messes up my baseline and I have bad anxiety for a week or two. I'm guessing what's happening is I'm raising my gabaergic tolerance too high when I use phenibut. The lyrica withdrawal is not near as bad as pheni, which gives me the 'pit of my stomach' anxiety like opioid withdrawal does. Fascoracitam has helped lower my tolerance but does nothing for withdrawal. How common is kindling, where repeated hitting of the gaba receptors makes the withdrawl worse every time?

I'm going to try and stick to using phenibut just once a week (is that too much?) because every three days is giving me some withdrawal issues. I know they are structurally simillar, so there must be a cross tolerance? If anyone has experience with gabapentiods, what would be a good dose schedule that would be useful but I would still be able to avoid withdrawls? Is taking my lyrica after phenibut prolonging withdrawals? Oh and any tips for supplements that would help gabapentiod withdrawal would be awesome.
